Moulton Primary has an exciting opportunity for a FT Teacher to join our growing school and become part of our fabulous team.

This is a permanent position from 1st July 2018 for newly qualified teachers, or 1st Sept 2018 for serving teachers.

Why choose Moulton?

Because at Moulton, we value our teachers. We are committed to protecting their well-being, whilst at the same time supporting their continuous development through a well-established coaching and training programme. Our team structure of two (growing to three) parallel classes, enables teachers to work closely together and support each other with planning and assessment. This is particularly helpful to less-experienced teachers who would welcome the opportunity to work alongside experienced and enthusiastic colleagues. Our teachers love the Cornerstones Curriculum because it provides a great starting point for our themed topics, with a wealth of resources to choose from to make learning meaningful and fun for the children. Our strong team of HLTAs and class-based TAs, mean that teachers are released during the school day for training, coaching and leadership responsibilities.

Because our expanding school is full of exciting opportunity. As we transition from two to three form entry, each year brings with it the chance to welcome new staff to the team, with new ideas and practice for us to learn from. At Moulton, we are all about growth and this underpins our commitment to personal and leadership development.

Because our children are wonderful; their behaviour is outstanding, they love learning and embrace the opportunities given to them. Our parents are supportive and work with us in partnership to provide the very best for the children.

Because Moulton is a large, village school in a beautiful setting. We have all the values of a traditional village primary but are large enough to have the staff and resources to provide the right environment for our children to thrive.

Visits to the school are encouraged – please phone Mrs Katy Aldous on 01604 643061 to book an appointment to come and see us for yourself!

  • CLOSING DATE: Monday 19th March 2018 @ 5pm
  • INTERVIEWS: w/c 26th March

The successful applicant will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS disclosure. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children and expect all members of staff to share this commitment.

We look forward to hearing from you!
